Note:
Amira City, Hotel Prince Amira, The Evil God of the Blood Colored Sea, Beyond the Rainbow Sparkle, Evil Aura, Demon Sahagin, Fishman, Bardlus City, Eggbell City, Ark Basilisk

Thanks to Reina arriving in Eggbell City, she manages to defeat the monster Ark Basilisk that had poisoned the entire town. She also saves Clael Byrne from dying because of the poison.

Even though Clael fully recovers after receiving healing magic from Saintess Reina, Reina still takes excessive care of him. She feeds him and keeps telling him to rest.

When Clael decides to return to Bardlus, Reina insists on going with him. She says she wants to spend her summer vacation in Clael’s hometown, Bardlus City. According to Clael’s knowledge of the game Beyond the Rainbow Sparkle, Reina was supposed to spend time with the four main characters to build romantic relationships with them. But instead, Reina chooses to go back to his hometown.

Once they arrive in Bardlus City, Reina stays glued to Clael. She refuses to get down from his arms, even when Clael greets the villagers. The villagers are very happy about Reina’s return, and the church is filled with people who have missed her for a long time.

When they get home, Reina finally gets down from Clael’s arms. But when it’s time to bathe, she insists on bathing with Clael. Her excuse is that Clael is her adoptive father, so he wouldn’t do anything inappropriate to his own daughter. Even so, Reina keeps teasing Clael and even tries to force him to sleep together. When Clael refuses, saying the summer heat would make it uncomfortable, Reina asks the fairies for help and even prepares blocks of ice to cool the room.

The next day, while Reina is surrounded by villagers seeking treatment and young men wanting to propose to her, the First Prince Eric Saincle arrives at the church with Vincent Flame, the son of a commander, the genius mage Will Rilace, and the genius musician Rui Biscuit. They try to force Reina to return to the capital because they are worried about her safety. Reina refuses because she wants to spend her summer vacation in her hometown and says she already has permission from Cardinal Dilet Host.

At first the prince’s group keeps pushing her, but angels appear and drive them away. They keep coming back almost every day to persuade her but fail each time. Eventually, Prince Eric meets Clael alone while Reina is out shopping and gives him a pair of tickets for a vacation to Amira City, a city surrounded by mountains and the sea.

Clael initially thinks Prince Eric wants him to convince Reina to go on vacation with them. But Eric actually gives the tickets to Clael and only hopes he might meet Reina in Amira City and spend time with her there. Since Clael rescued Reina from her abusive parents, he has never taken her on a vacation. Because of that, he accepts the tickets, but only if Reina agrees to go.

During dinner, Clael offers Reina the idea of going to Amira City. Reina is extremely happy because she can go on vacation with him.

They travel to Amira City by magic train. Reina sits very close to Clael during the trip. At one point the train is almost attacked by a dragon, but it runs away when angels appear to protect the train.

When they arrive in Amira City, the manager of the famous Hotel Prince Amira welcomes Reina but completely ignores Clael and only pays attention to her. Reina immediately refuses their offer to stay there under Prince Eric’s orders, because she and Clael already have another place to stay.

Their accommodation is a villa owned by Clael’s family. When he was a child, Clael used to vacation in Amira City with his whole family. But after his mother died, his father became obsessed with work and eventually fell ill. Clael’s siblings fought over the inheritance and the position of family heir. As the youngest child, Clael eventually left home and became a priest in a remote village.

At the villa they are welcomed by the caretaker who has managed the place for years and knows Clael since childhood. Reina becomes curious about Clael’s past and asks the caretaker many questions about his childhood.

Clael and Reina then go to the beach for vacation. Reina quickly becomes the center of attention because of her beauty. Clael teaches her how to swim since it’s her first time at the beach. He also keeps an eye on her so the men there don’t stare at her body inappropriately because her swimsuit is quite revealing.

After spending time at the beach, Clael takes Reina to a beautiful cliff known only by locals where the sunset view is amazing. In that romantic atmosphere, Reina tries to kiss Clael. Clael almost kisses his adoptive daughter back, but Prince Eric’s group suddenly appears and ruins the moment. Reina pouts because her chance to kiss Clael gets interrupted.

Later Clael takes her to dinner at a restaurant. It’s Reina’s first time experiencing an all-you-can-eat buffet.

After dinner, Clael decides to go to sleep because he ate too much. Before sleeping, he warns Reina to sleep in her own room since she often sneaks into his bed. Reina says she wants to take a bath first and leaves the room while Clael falls asleep.

However, Reina actually goes to the beach alone. Along the way several drunk men try to harass her and force her to stay with them. They can’t touch her because her Holy Aura protects her, and angels appear to punish them.

Reina went to the beach because she sensed an evil aura from the sea. Soon many Fishman monsters emerge and attempt to attack Amira City. Using her Holy Power, Reina summons dozens of angels who attack the monsters in the sea. Even underwater, the angels move freely and defeat all the Fishman. However, Reina doesn’t realize that this is only the beginning of a much bigger disaster.

Clael had considered the possibility of the event The Evil God of the Blood Colored Sea happening during their trip, but he thought it was still far in the future since it should happen after Reina defeats the Demon Lord.

Because Reina kills all the monsters in the sea, the beach becomes filled with monster corpses and has to be closed temporarily. The villa caretaker suggests camping instead.

Clael and Reina go camping, buying food supplies beforehand. Many tourists also decide to camp since the beach is closed.

While fishing, thanks to the goddess blessing Reina possesses, fish constantly gather around her fishing rod. It’s said that creatures eaten by the goddess’s Saintess will be blessed and reincarnated as humans in their next life. Because of that, many fish gather to be caught by her, even sea fish appearing in rivers.

They also gather vegetables in the forest. During that time they run into Prince Eric’s group again. Rui Biscuit accidentally eats a poisonous mushroom and gets sick, so the group has to take him back to the church for treatment.

During the beach closure, Clael and Reina also join a cave tour famous for being a gathering place for fairies. The cave shines with beautiful colorful lights. At the center of the cave, the Fairy Queen Titania suddenly appears before the tourists.

Titania warns Reina that the Evil God will soon awaken and that Reina must do something before it appears. Panic spreads among the passengers, and Prince Eric helps calm everyone down before they return to the harbor.

The night before heading to the underwater temple where the Evil God is sealed, Reina finds Clael drinking alone and asks him not to join the mission. Clael replies that even though Reina is a Saintess, to him she is just a normal girl. He refuses to let her go alone and promises to protect her.

Reina is deeply moved. She truly loves Clael, not as a father but as a man, because the way he treats her has never changed.

They sail with Prince Eric’s group and soldiers toward the sealed Evil God. On the way they are attacked by Fishman and Sea Serpents, but with Reina summoning angels they defeat them.

Suddenly a loud sound echoes from the sea. All the angels disappear and Reina’s Holy Power is drained. It is the Evil God’s voice emitting Evil Aura that locks a Saintess’s Holy Power.

The defeated Sea Serpent revives and overturns the ship, throwing everyone into the sea. Clael grabs Reina’s hand tightly to save her.

When they wake up, they are stranded on an uninhabited island. Reina’s Saintess powers are not fully recovered, so she can only use basic priest healing. They try to survive by finding water and food.

They eventually reunite with a doll that contains a fairy. It was Reina’s first guardian doll, a gift from Clael. With its help they build shelter and find food more easily.

After several days, a large group of Fishman monsters approaches the island, along with a giant servant of the Evil God called Demon Sahagin. Clael carries Reina to the edge of a cliff while trying to protect her.

Reina asks him to trust her and close his eyes. She realizes her Saint power recovers quickly when she is close to Clael because her love for him fuels it. She really wants to kiss him but instead only kisses his neck and ear.

Her powers fully recover and she enters Valkyrie mode, summoning countless angels to destroy the monsters. Together they attack the Evil God’s seal and push it back for more than a thousand years.

Prince Eric’s group eventually finds them on the island. When they plan to attack the Evil God’s temple, Clael and Reina explain that they already defeated and sealed it again. Titania appears and confirms the story, explaining she helped by controlling the sea currents and wind to save the soldiers earlier.

Back in the city, Cardinal Dilet Host thanks Reina for sealing the Evil God and even offers the title of Saint to Clael. Clael refuses at first, saying all the credit belongs to Reina. But the Cardinal explains that Clael saved Reina from her cruel parents, raised her, and protected her throughout the battles, making him worthy of the title.

The Cardinal also asks Clael to move to the capital because Reina would keep returning to Bardlus every vacation otherwise.

Reina is extremely happy to hear this because it means she can stay with Clael. Although Clael worries it might interfere with Reina’s relationships with the main characters, he realizes he would feel lonely without her.

Seeing Reina’s bright smile, Clael can’t bring himself to refuse. In the end, he accepts the Cardinal’s offer and decides to go to the capital together with Reina.

why is it so common that dark skinned people are portrayed as the most flamboyant gay people in the land in manga and anime
Well the flamboyant gay thing is often true IRL. The dark skinned thing idk where it comes from originally though.

Kinda sad how the author always has to add drama to stories like this, ML and FL living happily is just not good enough apparently.
