They're always strangers and always a bit troubled emotionally, and we can be a bit more honest since we'll never see each other again.

These in person conversations are rare, though. This isn't happening personally to me every day, but it does occur a lot to people everywhere.

Hmm you're right. Though by your logic you could be the only person that has ever experienced this. We need a larger sample size to really determine if this actually happens or is just crappy writing.
