Thanks for picking this up :O

You can find up to ch.40 elsewhere, as they were officially translated.
except that no, cause the official translation was removed from the platform due to license expiring. so we cant get those chapters any more.

Oh, he really died? Maybe his soul will just wander back to his original body.

Now that I'm caught up again, and back on MD....

I feel like if she would just confront Iris about the body swap (I know she's still only 99% certain it actually happened), she could get the target off her back. Perhaps even bond over their lovers being complete fucking idiots. But that is also assuming Iris doesn't only like Gideon for his looks AND/OR that she mostly hounded the prince for the CrPr position

this shit right here is why official translations will never be good
That wasn't always the case. A lot of time official translations were better but that was before MTL was prevalent and companies started replacing actual translators with people using machines with no idea how proper sentence structure, grammar, or spelling worked.

Thanks for picking this up! Got me invested enough to read the webnovel. The main conflict ends in a few chapters, but the story continues a bit more with afters. After reading both the WN and raw manga (with google lens translate on my phone), I gotta say I enjoyed the manga adaptation a lot more!
I hate how the WN made Leisel so weak during the face off against the fake prince! shes a top graduate and a royal court magician goddammit!! The manga adaptation made her appear way more in line with her character!

Yeah, and because they have more resources (official raw and whatnots) official TLs are usually cleaner and easier to read.

It's just really, REALLY stupid that you can just buy partial licenses like this and abandon the TL when the work isn't even finished. I'll never support publishers that does this as long as I live.

No, I think wilddeath means that MTL replacing human translators is what's going on in the official translations, and that they are no longer as good as they use to be back when the work was done by people that understood "proper sentence structure, grammar, or spelling"

If MTL must be used, it's NECESSARY for a real human to filter out the garbage and turn it into something worth reading. Otherwise it's basically just this...

they meant the other aggregators
Yes, the first search result on the romanized Japanese title has all the chapters. (I don't know if we're allowed to mention other sites here.) The only problem with that site is that it's a vertical scrolling UI, like a manhwa long strip. I still use MangaDex because I like the UI controls and presentation in spite of various titles disappearing because of copyright noticed or that their posting group broke some rule or another.
