Manga publishers need to force duos. Author and artist need to be different people. Not only does it prevent burnout from the insane schedule, it also improves story telling. Because most mangaka are artists, not authors. And it shows.

The magazine has confirmed there will be no part 3. Thank you Pochita, thank you Denji. This is a manga I will surely re-read.

Although it was disapointing to see the get power back plotline dropped... and Nayuta replace Makima for no reason. And Pochita's powers not respecting the rules that were stablished before.

"I'm confused, is this a happy ending or a sad ending?"
"It's an ending, that's enough."

Well, I feel sad, but I don't know why. Not sure If I'm angry sad either.

Goodbye Chainsaw man
welcome back Man.

He can still hunt the devil while being Normal. Nayuta, Power and Aki is alive and Asa got her happy ending.

I guess the world is now what Denis is actually wanted.

I guess Pochita was the Dream Devil all along.

I reckon this ending will give me the same feelings as the ending to Mulholland Drive: confusion and frustration after the initial watch, but a greater appreciation for what it is after some mulling it over

Writing interesting characters living in nonsensical plots that don't go anywhere and meander for a hundred chapters or so until it all ends in a wet fart is Fujimoto-kino.

Wonder if Chainsaw Man is going to be enough to dispel the myth of him being a good writer or if nerds will just forget about this for his next smash hit.
