It's pretty easy. Just make sure you rinse your mouth and teeth afterwards so the acid doesn't etch them.

Pro tip as someone who frequently needed pick-me-ups during the work week:

Cut it into wedges, pour a little sugar (think like one packet's worth) into your mouth, and bite off the soft part, leaving behind the skin

Leaving your pc on while you're away isn't the issue. Just lock your pc whenever you walk away. Every OS has a hotkey to do that quickly (e.g. windows key + L for windows).
