Been wondering for a while but these omakes are from a different artist? The mangaka that did the ecchi manga about the masseuse and the heroines, maybe?

this was quite explicit in the first omakes.
If you check, you will see that the author of the story and the mangaka (the one who draws) are different people.
The omakes are the author trying his hands on drawing.

----
another more well known example would be ONE, the author of One Punch Man and Mob Psycho.
ONE started OPM with the webcomic, which is poorly drawn, and Murata (Mangaka) would later help the webcomic being published, and he did the drawings now, so that's the manga, which is a different take on the webcomic's story (although still following most of it). ONE still releases the webcomic, which is ahead of the manga story too, but it's ONE's art style.

Then Mob Psycho is a manga fully drawn by ONE, which is why the art style is like that.

I prefer the style of the writer lol. It's more unique and more lewd.

it's likely that although he can draw well, he may be bad at a continuous and timely release of a manga.

It's kinda like expecting Da Vinci, who was a great painter, to also be a great mangaka and capable of planning and drawing 10 pages of manga per week or something like that, and even more: wanting to work under that scrutiny.

Damn all of them are beauties with incredible bodies! How could any them be amazed by lou? They are all just as incredible. Now I feel even worse for Juju; even mobs have better curves then her.

Trying his hands as if he hasn't been making his own manga for over 20 years now.
