You are forgetting the core concept of the Series as described in the Title, aka., "I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in the Real World, Too".
Aka., it's about bringing in the power gained from Another World to Earth, so reverse stuff happening shouldn't be impossible.
Plus this isn't even that big deal yet, since there are more weird stuff going to happen, aka., this series is practically an amalgamation of all type of cliche and plot types.
I mean, there is Hero Summoning, Aliens, Time Travel, Parallel World Travel, Reverse Isekai stuff, Paranormal stuff, and a lot more.
