Could also be that she was shown in detail in a later chapter, without names it's hard to tell who it could be.

My educated guess would be to exclude Maria from the candidates since the rank #4 should be somewhat close to the guards in terms of abilities - I just can't see Maria there. I also have doubts regarding the Dogeza Duo, they got branded as troublemakers. Either of those being the forth ranked is rather unlikely, but who knows.

Honestly, I wonder about the ranking system. Exams are part of it, but I have the feeling that the academy evaluates more than physical abilities such as close combat and fitness. I assume mental fortitude plays a big part in "ladies' training" (whatever that entails) and it will certainly be graded as well. Like how well a girl holds back her urges if stimulated. Or tolerate male outbursts since most guys are either withdrawn or arrogant, sometimes even violent. Handling that should also matter when you want to be a male escort.
