Yeah, I mean she needs to make up her mind. She has all the initiative here, all she needs to say is "go out with me" and she's got him. He's made it absolutely clear he's in love with her, which is no small feat for a manga protagonist. I'm still not entirely clear on what her conflict is that led to her initially rejecting him, she said she was "scared of being happy" because of the situation with her dad. For one, I'm not sure how exactly they correlate, but she also seems happy enough just being friends with him and hanging out, what is it about dating that would be too far?
