I'm starting to think our pondroid is actually a lot more advanced than she seems, just in unexpected ways.
She definitely seems more human-like in her behaviors than the other androids (though that could just be them having more professionalism), including being bad at everything she hasn't studied (or uhhhh just about everything really). Seems like you can't just download behaviors into her either; she has to read books like people do. Whether this makes her useful.... uh... maybe that's just not the right way to think about her lol

Could be a compatibility issue and/or purposeful restriction on how data is imported due to being a prototype military android.

Might need a proprietary cable and/or software to install whole modules, but being designed to be adaptable can learn with effort.

Maybe because she military android because in war is very unpredictable and every enemy is different combating so military robot need learn in manually by watch another and learning from past experience in real time.
