So, you claimed she didn't acknowledge what she did wrong, and when I show you evidence she did, you move the goalposts to "no, that doesn't count because she hasn't done anything out loud".

She's thinking she needs to change for her own good and that of the MC, and in an earlier panel she explicitly said, out loud, that she's been horrible to him. The "Yeah" panel is her admitting she needs to be nicer to him.

Also, since when are thoughts superficial? They're generally considered the exact opposite. If she made some kind of gesture - like you say you want - without her thoughts backing it up, that would be superficial.

She hasn't even had the chance to apologize properly yet (which would require an in-person meeting), and you're getting mad at her for not apologizing and making it up to him, seconds after she decided she needs to.

I feel like the "consequences" you want would just be her getting emotionally punished in some way because you hate her.
