I THINK, POSSIBLY, Dragona is okay with Jodio using "Brother", the use of pronouns is hard to actually definitively ascribe gender to in Japanese.

I really doubt that Jodio is transphobic because he genuinely cares about Dragona very deeply.

I don’t think we have seen Dragona have a problem with how people address them. They have suffered from how people treat them due to their gender identity like the bus incident but I don’t think we have had a moment where Dragona was upset or uncomfortable due to how someone address them. They might be nonbinary or X-gender (a Japanese version of nonbinary although it can have its own distinctions)

Nice chapter, interesting stand fight and lots of backstory. Stylish and enjoyably freaky Jojo cover, their designs have been more refined and the expressions seem more detailed, so it's less same face syndrome. It's interesting how animals and info dumping is a big part of this story so far, they're being terrorized by their past, but most important big ass elephants. Feeding batteries to a lion is one of the more out there plans, it would be funny to see how it plays out. Hope we will get to know the characters more, what they are fighting for, and settle these relationship dynamics.

It's a Jojo story in Hawaii USA, of course it'll touch on these cultural things. Araki's stories often don't involve Japan at all lol, what a real snowflake to be calling people "losers", while being plain wrong. Even then, Japan citizens has much more support now for people to have marriage rights in any gender, this is the liberty of the modern world so get with the times.

Jojo is famous for being kinda flamboyant and queer, why are you here if you don't give a shit about the character struggles. Lack of comprehension here, you need to start reading or just stop complaining.
