I'm utterly devastated that I'm caught up with the manga now. I thought we'd see them start trying to trek the mountain by this chapter. At this pace it'll take 30 chapters or more. Thank you for the translation. I quite enjoyed the cornered dog the mc became in the end. He put his all into that fight and shamefully I reacted just like Kou. It was exhilarating. Unless he can get enhance himself (correctly, no dead muscle weight) I doubt he'll make it to the summit before being 50-75 percent endman. Due to his enhanced body, and his stress levels. I'd place him around 26% endman. His chin is twisting. The slave we saw who said 52 days remaining seemed to be 90% endman, he still had conciousness even while warping. Given his condition the mc has alot more suffering to go if hes to reach that. A nice comment made before was that all the strongest enhanced people turned to endman on the trek, basically making super zombies. How the oldman reached the summit while remaining fully human does confuse me. Was he the first to make it? Additionally, I think when MC reaches the summit (if he does?) there will be interference that turns him into an endman. Then as he thinks about his daughter he will control his endman state. Just a theory.
