This seemed rushed as all hell. Guess we gotta wrap up everything right away. I wish they had like 2 more chapters to go over all these things. In my mind chiaki turns it into a threeway after.

That kid was gay?!

I really liked this one

I really enjoyed the story's finale and how Kazuto Okada guided readers into developing various theories in the final volume. Even though Ittsu isn't an emotional roller coaster like Ibitsu or Sundome, I still had so much fun reading it.

@gorgomoth thank you so much for your hard work translating it!

Wait chiaki says that sagami got dumped but he never dated yui? And who said “im sorry I couldn’t push away the person I loved the most” and who are they referring to? I feel like this needs two more chapters but a decent story. I knew yui at one point got turned

This series was a wild ride, and I really enjoyed it. I probably wouldn't have read it if I knew what I was getting into, but I'm glad I did. Still though, I wish female pig faced some kind of consequences, since she's literally been sexually assaulting Sagami since they met.

There's an unspecified time jump from when they are at the camp to when Sagami meets back up with Chiaki. All that's really specified is that the time jump was long enough for the president to finish editing the film, and submit it to the contest. We do know the film camp was in then summer and the final scene with Sagami and Chiaki is in the fall.

All that to say, it's implied that Yui and Sagami had a brief dating period during that time jump. Yui is the one saying that she couldn't push her love interest away. Given that Chiaki was telling Yui to be honest with herself, and Sagami assuming Yui was still in love with the president, I believe the twist is that the one Yui couldn't push away was actually Chiaki.

Not a bad ending, i had a look at the Chinese raws just before this was updated, & in the Chinese raws they had another 5 to 6 pages of after words to go after the ending.

Anyway thanks for translating the full story, & like the rest of the authors stories i have read so far it has been another good read.

I took a look at the raws to make sure nothing was missing from the official volumes. Those last pages are just translator notes talking about their thoughts of the manga from start to finish, their future plans, lots of Praise for Okada and Pansuto (which was ongoing at the time this chapter was put out), and about a 2017 film called "One Cut of the Dead." They discuss the poster looks similar the manga.

Love the last frame: Yui and Sagami following their master Chiaki: both in film as zombies and -- I like to believe -- as friends ("w/ benefits" as it was expressed in a comment on the previous chapter) in real life. Her own little harem and she fully deserves it!

For me that counts as a happy end to a great story!

Thank you gorgomoth!

tbh, I don't understand the negative take on Chiaki.

Yes, that is not a vanilla relationship but a SM one and Sagami (and Yui) clearly consent to being Chiaki's subs. Sagami and Yui discussed the sub/dom roles explicitly and know and enjoy their role.

Chiaki to me seems to check all the boxes for a "good" dom as well: She knows their needs and bounds, gives praise, comfort and tenderness afterwards (ok, that first night spent with Sagami at her home was a bit borderline, but this is still a manga so we should allow some exaggeration after all).

Given her back story, I'm happy for Chiaki that she finally found acceptance and understanding friends (again, even "w/ benefits" ;))

Ok, admittedly, I'm an outsider to SM (but somewhat curious) so maybe my assessment is wrong. Would like to hear the thoughts of a more knowledgeable person

I... expected this lol. It was either this or Sagami being left with Chiaki (with them maybe having a "real" relationship) since Yui would graduate. Could've used maybe an extra page or 2 but overall it was a good ending. My girl Chiaki truly won.

While I did enjoy this from start to finish, imo it's Okada's weakest. Lots of good moments for sure, but tbh it didn't really grip me in like Sundome and Ibitsu, and it didn't have the eroticism of Pansuto.

Either way, thank you so much @gorgomoth for the translation!
Now we wait for Okada to put out more Surikomi chapters (which everyone should check out!).

Ok that's cool, i thought it may have been an afterwords section, but thinking back about it again yeah it does look like translator notes, just a lot more than what you get from other translators, also i had a look at one of the films on youtube, all i can say it was really average.
Anyway once again for the translation, it was well worth the read, & hope you pick up one of the other stories from this author that still has no english chapters on this site.

I've been using the official Japanese volume releases since the last volume of Pansuto, but if anyone sees extras that aren't included in the ones I upload I'm happy to look into it to make sure there's no little bonus info out there.
