It's 29°C here, and luckily I do not live in a top-floor flat.
Don't forget to put sun cream on, everyone in the Northern Hemisphere

Its about 30°C and above I think it was 33 crazy.

Luckily I was not that long out maybe a hour two at max to buy the stuff and carry it back.
(One Package of water and some groceries)

I felt more dizzy in the head with nausea and my hand hurt like hell.
Having no care in this heat is pain,can't even even let fresh air in my room since only more heat comes.

Wanted to try at the morning but something smelly came from the outside and so I had to close it 😢

I am not even sure how I managed the way,pure will not to collapse I guess.

My apartment luckily doesn't heat up that much, only have a gas oven for climate control in here.

I am Europoor we don't have Air conditioners over here at least not the majority including me,best I have is a old Fan that I can keep running all day and night long if needed and that only helps a bit,Spain at least as Beaches to cool off in we only have heat and more heat.

I hate having to go exact on 8 to 9 Am to bu buy groceries just to avoid getting grilled by the Sun and I am a Lazy person I dislike greatly having to physically force myself just to not starve to dead or die of thirst because if I don't buy me stuff nobody will.
