I'm guessing the original is now coming to terms that the replica is a real person with feelings, and is trying to lighten her burden by doing things herself, but is instead proposing this which will basically lock the replica at home depriving her of her friendships, etc. But, rather than talk, I assume replica will agree because she wants to help the original re-enter society as they both struggle for the others sake not knowing the negative effect they're actually having on the other, refusing to open up because they don't want to hurt the other.

That was rough. I was really hoping that she would recover and be sisters. It makes the play both more and less meaningful at the same time—she died while finally being able to be herself—which is beautiful in a way. Yeah, that was a soli gut punch but it wasn't cheap, makes complete sense, and drives home one of themes of the manga.
