Fukagawa Miyu was dead, but but she trained in the afterlife in 10x earth's gravity and came back stronger.

She can only do regular Kaiou-ken (1.5x boost) and x2 though. Everyone forgets original Kaiou-ken, which is only a 50% boost, but still significant, while being more stamina efficient.
