I don’t think Allen would immediately realize there’s brainwashing magic at work here. Plenty of these kinds of stories have the reincarnated antagonist basically capture a full harem simply by using their game knowledge. Dating Mob had their girl fully seduce the royal prince just by knowing his favorite food.

Then, since Allen is unaware of that brainwashing, he wouldn’t have any reason to think these people weren’t tied up properly. And even if they did break free somehow, he kicked all their butts months ago and has only gotten stronger since. Plus they’re in the middle of a fortress full of guards so escape would seem pretty impossible

So her power no longer requires the staff and it's more just a badge of office then, it's a shame they assigned guards to them but I guess they don't actually know about her ability. I personally would have given them the same treatment they gave Anna (locked alone in dark rooms getting no news from the outside).
