I want to call these girls stupid, but after being deceived so much, the word stupid seems normal.
At this point they actually need to be raped to wake up from their stupidity.. or being raped will just make them ally the villains? It would make sense knowing this author and his stupid ways of writing characters. And how the hell does leaving her alone, weak and poisoned not dangerous? The war princess, former hero party member failed to fight against 2 above average thieves while full power yet she can be alone while this weak? I am starting to believe the hero isn't the villain seeing how dumb those women are and that the mc deserved to be cheated on.
If they follow her in secret, then it would make sense. She is annoyingly childish and acting hysterical. Thus if they tried to force her to come inside it would only worsen the situation as either:
- A) She injures herself trying to get away
- B) She runs away while they aren't paying attention
- C) She causes a commotion to escape which lands the party in trouble

She may be healed but she is still weakened. Healing doesn't replenish your Mana or whatever it is she uses for her voice attacks.

It's not denseness. It's a mixture of low confidence and exasperation. Madeliene desperately WANTS to be a singer and has struggled to find some kind of foothold in order to do so. Thus she'll try to take any opportunity that comes her way. Meltina, rightfully says that the way she is going about getting her dream is dangerous. However, Madeliene (who sees no other option) sees this as Meltina opposing her dream. This is because (in Madeliene's mind) if she can't find any other option and shouldn't pursue the current method she's on, it means her dream is either unachieveable or wrong.
