It kinda was, huh? Kiyokawa got off with way too light of a punishment. Being forgiven after framing the gyaru, threatening (falsely) to kill herself, and intending to ruin two people's lives? She should've been ostracized. Speaking as someone who was ostracized for most of his child life, it's only bad if you realize it's happening. Clearly Kiyokawa realized it, but she's proud. Insane, but proud. She would've worked through it.
