The MC has a girlfriend and moved out to the city with her after graduation, the FMC likes him but gave him up so the FMC got together with the dad instead and the scenes were shown. I mean NTR in JP is popular enough they even have deriviate terms for the different types of NTR or something. The perspective of who the reader identifies is pretty important I think, which character the reader relates with more, the mc or the bull.

This is probably why even the NTR enjoyer among the fanbase are angry minus maybe a few, fuckboi is just still so hard to relate to because while nothing has yet really shown him to be a person of poor character, its still hard to connect with him and accept what happened within less than 30 chapters of introduction.
