This thing has the "supernatural" tag, so she's definitely not just your random yandere from next door. Kitsune could be, but if so then Ayame is likely an evil one. Could be a Yokai or Shinigami. Or perhaps the miko or local deity of a now ruined shrine who came to hate the place because the folks abandoned her. At the very least she seems to grant MC's wishes to some degree. And Ayame is definitely a looker. MC is gonna be in for a wild ride here.

Let's see how this develops.
She says "I found you" so assuming she's not a chuunibyou, then it's the trope of rescuing a crane or fox, and then she returns years later to repay the favor.

Run. Run like hell.

Also any idea what the "you can use it (lol)" means? It kinda looks like the drawing is indicating sperm going into the back door, if you get my meaning, but how is he supposed to use that? Does it mean he can fap to the drawing? Or... he can use the back door with a girl? But then that would be suggesting he can be intimate with a girl which I'm sure his bullies wouldn't think he can be... idk, very confusing.

Well, there are actually a lot of hints scattered around that indicate Ayame IS an evil being of sorts, I mean apart from the obvious scene near the end (MC's slaughtered father) and the omnious aura of the last panel.
  • For once the charm here... 厄除御守 [Yakuyoke Omamori], which literally says "Talisman to ward of Evil" (could also be misfortune or disaster but evil should be more appropriate here). She crushes that charm instead of giving it back, which a good person would definitely not do.
  • as already mentioned, her eyes don't look very human at all (those are the eyes of a predator or demonic being). Also her nails looking like sharp claws is probably not just random.
  • Ayame's expressions/reactions look somewhat animal-like, especially when she's happy. In a way she comes across like a teasing cat (in her case likely a 化け猫 - Bake Neko) or a playful fox (likely not a 狐 "Kitsune" but a 妖狐 "Youko") - example of that would be when she's mistaken for MC's "girlfriend".
  • she wears a 標縄 (Shimenawa) as a decorative part of her choker. And if you look closely, she has another two of those attached to her skirt. Within Shinto belief these knots are tied with sacred cords or ropes, the latter mostly used to cordon off consecrated areas - or, like shown here, as part of talismans/charms (usually meant to ward off evil). If she was a normal person it could be a fashion choice, but...
  • The fact that Ayame wears those Shimekawa (despite being obviously evil aligned and crushing MC's charm) is kind of telling but also contradictive - unless she wears them out of spite and hers are either desecrated ones or they are meant to restrain her powers. If she is the mentioned "Kiji", which is an option, that would make sense. Or she is one of Kiji's servants, which is more likely than her being the actual evil deity.
  • There was this poster in one panel about a missing female who had some resemblance to Ayame - maybe Ayame is a spirit who took possesion of or consumed that person's body to create an appearance that would help her getting close to the MC. If she is an inhumane monster looking for the MC that would make sense.
  • she uses a literal catchphrase... "I finally found you" and also tells the MC that she knows about him being kind, which indicates that these two have a history the MC isn't aware off. It could also be that Ayame wasn't looking for the MC specifically but for a human being that meets certain conditions, like really hating people or being very unfortunate and miserable, which could be something she can exploit or draw power from.
  • Ayame also more or less tells the MC that she will grast his every wish, no matter what he asks off her. This is not something you'd expect to hear from a person. If she were just a normal yandere, she'd probably phrase it like "I would do anything for you" and not talk about granting wishes. Seemingly Ayame has every intention to quite literally do what she told the MC. He said his father should just die... and Ayame heard it clearly. Good thing she didn't hear MC wishing for his bullies to drop dead or we'd already have a couple of bodies piled up. But that will happen soon enough I guess...
In the end we will only know once more is revealed.

I don't think she's actually evil in a sense that she's using him for nefarious ends. It seems like she actually likes him because when he asks her about why, she gives him a very sincere look when she tells him that he is very kind.

We see that she becomes potentially upset at the thought of him leaving the town. Most likely she is going to start killing the townsfolk who bother him in order to encourage him to stay.

A couple of thoughts on that.
1. She actually left the talisman at the scene of the crime
Charm.JPG
2. She also knows he has a part time job without him telling her, which implies that she's been stalking him
And 3. She was present when Kao wished aloud that he wanted everyone dead and when he got that text from his dad in the library that made him say "die" aloud; hence why she b-lined for him.

You are correct - she's not entirely an evil monster. Ayame clearly has positive feelings for and might be sincere about Kao, but I would say that's her Yandere traits at work. Like her stalking him. Still, Ayame definitely is evil in the sense that she has no issue murdering people as a means to her goals - not to mention the way she killed Kao's old man, she's quite brutal. The question is why or how she came to like the MC. As I mentioned, the two probably share a past that Kao isn't aware of right now.

Ho? You are right, I didn't notice that... good eye for details. Now this is interesting.

Because it leads to the question why she even did that. On one hand it's Kao's charm, so leaving it at a crime scene might end up as circumstancial evidence for the police. Forensics could be lead to the former owner of that charm if they can find Kao's DNA on it. Well, if that's even possible given that other people touched that thing all over and it's probably spoiled. On the other hand, leaving that charm after it had been lost might cause something with Kao himself - if he realizes or at least believes that it's his charm. Because in a sense it actually worked - his old man was clearly a violent and bad guy.
