It's 魔剣アカツキ, aka [demonic sword akatsuki], or [red moon].

The reason of mistranslation is simple, in katakana there are ツ [tsu] and シ [shi]. Both look like smiley emoji, but eyes look in different direction. I had quite a problem while learning to differentiate them. Ended up remembering them by my own headcanon logic - [shi] is death, and smiley is laying horizontally, since it's "dead" lol

And イ [ i ] and ア [ a ] also can be quite similar, if quality of an image is bad enough

Ah yes, thank you for the clarification. It is indeed “Akatsuki,” not “Ikashiki.” I don’t remember why I typed “Ikashiki,” though it was probably because it’s a name, it slipped past the AI proofreading...

The text is
"でも、なんか恨まれそう",
which is translated into
"but.. I kinda feel like he may hold a grudge against me"

Also, Lot. X here refer to the number on the paddle that the bidder hold in their hand. In the previous chapter I already translated as "Lot. 3" because of the ambiguous meaning of Japanese word so i just want to keep it persistent.
