Also what stupid thing are you saying about don't ask scanlators to do chapters that have official versions? You can't upload the official, but you absolutely can still translate the raw. Yes the last DMCA wave was bad, it was total nonsense and overreacted to, hitting things that were perfectly fine. It was not scanlators fault it was panicking mods just nukeing things.

Scanlation will always be a Grey Area, but.... As long as japanese publishers do not intend to publish in other languages, or sell the rights to do so to someone else, you're pretty safe.
There's only costs for them to chase the formal breach of copyright, and they generally don't care what happens outside of their main market. If anything it even slightly boosts sales for them. A small secondary market they can even use for promotion purposes.

This changes when someone pays for the official publishing rights in the language(s)/Copyright Zones a scanlation is published in.
At that point you're not dealing with a japanese publisher, but a western ( usually US ) publishing house. With the lawyer clout to shut you down. hard. expensively.
Because you're directly competing with them, while not having the Copy- and Publishing Rights. That's a legal slam-dunk.

Official Publishers are relatively slow in publishing, so you can generally get away with scanlating new chapters as they come out in japanese. As long as they're well ahead of the official publications, and the scanlations are not too high of a "quality".
As soon as you start scanlating and publishing chapters that already have an official translation, you're walking straight into a legal minefield. And the minefield will win.
You can scanlate/translate stuff perfectly well for personal use, even pay others to do it for you.
But if you publish them on sites like MD, you're openly inviting a shytestorm of potential, and as we've seen, quite real Trouble.
Which not only hits MD, or the scanlator, or even, if they feel like tracing things back far enough, you.
It also hits everyone else. Because Stuff will disappear. MD clearly states so.

Just because some asshats with Opinions don't heed the warnings, and keep poking the Bear when it's clearly Ill Advised.
Like requesting to "fill in" chapters which already have an Official Translation, because they "Don't want to read Manga with chapter gaps"...

Stopped reading halfway, as you don't know what your talking about.
A official publisher or localizer never gains ownership of the original work, the raw. They buy the right to use the raw, translate and sell those copies, they own their translated version.
A common curtsy is generally to not translate works once licensed. But it is not illegal, it remains the same original gray area.
If you want to be the asshat who tells people how things work, learn how it works.

I have heard his popularity is unnatural from light novel readers. I don't know all the details, but its why he was reincarnated and given skills in the first place, also he is apparently also legitimately cursed, the loli's are not by chance, they are to keep him from dating.

Timelines are weird in anime. Apparently, in One Piece for example, the journey from Reverse Mountain all the way to Sabaody Archipelago on the opposite side of the world took mere months for the Straw Hats, while other pirate crews (like the Rumbar Pirates) spent multiple years in Paradise and barely made it halfway.

I agree that the two months stated in this chapter seems hella short, but it's a problem that a lot of manga/anime face. No clue why, lol

Well, Let's take some days from the Light Novel:
Volume 1:
1 day - Arrival and Sightseeing, entered Labyrinth
8 days - house arrested after Labyrinth.
Total: 9 days
Volume 2:
Day 1: House-looking, etc, etc, found Ratman.
Day 2: Mia, Cradle, Etc.
Day 3: Recovery from Cradle, preparation to leave.
Total: 3 days.
Volume 3:
4 days, 5th morning: Entered Kuhanou County from Seiryuu City
1 day, Hydra, Witch Visit
7th Day after Seiryuu City, Abandoned town
8th morning, pottery lesson
8th day - replacing potions
Total: 8 days
Volume 4:
5 days - festival in Sedum City
1 day - spent getting to the checkpoint of Muno, told to stop for the night before crossing.
6th afternoon after entering Muno, Kid Bandits
10th morning, leaving fortress after having cleared it.
14th day in Muno: Found Karina Muno.
23th day in Muno, battle of Muno is neigh
+10 days - downtime in Muno after Knight Title Accepted.
Total: 39 days
Volumes 1-4: 20+39 days = 59 days. Given each month is 30 days (10 months a year, 28 hours a day), without travel time to the Ougoch duchy involved, the author has already spent all the time as Satou got his Pendragon name at the 2 month mark. (End of Volume 4)
I could go see how far the author is off, Volume 5 is the trip to the Old Capital and the Golden Boar Lord, which I briefly saw at least 4 days before traveling, 5 days to Bolehart, 2 days minimum in Bolehart, a few days after magic experiments, 2 days after Sera's summoning, so 13 days plus a few, first time the Author is just going to give fuzzy math. But that means we're looking at more like 3 months or so since Satou arrived in the world.

Ironically enough, the LN also says it's been two months since the starfall by Princess Menea (Stated in Volume 7), in both cases the Author made a miscalculation of their own fuzzy math.
