A pretty beautiful heart warming prediction, I could live with an ending like this if I must be honest. I do think though that the 135 in two weeks is blowing everyone's predictions away, don't know if it'll be for worse or for better. Going by the end panel it seems the central pieces will be Fumi Sakura and Shinobu, but the mvp might be someone from the supporting cast like queen Mio who is right now well in Sakura's corner.

Honestly, I'm really terrified that Airi will retaliate for getting axed by making everything turn out as bad as possible.

You're not alone there, a Shinobu solo ending would absolutely sugg. Fucboi reconciling with Sakura successfully and regaining his control over her, or Fumi trying to help Shinobu and ending up "fallen". With the characters as they are now though I think they can avoid a bad end, even Sakura has found her own type of resolve after talking with Mio. Shinobu and Fumi seems to be floundering a bit still going into the next chapter, but things can move very quickly.

Damn... It's actually ending. I mentioned that the volume itself was coming to an end, but thought with the direction it was going we'd get more. Hopefully Sakura learns that she made a mistake, that Shinobou didn't cheat, and regrets her decision. Meanwhile I hope Fumi and Shinobou stay together, while Sakura suffers on her own for being a dumb bitch.

The fact we have yet to compare ono genki botching the ending to airi katsura, it will happen. We just ride the wave of this series and its eventually crashing out ending.

My theory is that Airi isn't in charge of the story anymore and its just the Kodansha editor and the illustrator doing what they can from it blowing up in their faces even more, that is why we get the 2 weeks buffer, they throw around ideas and the best one is the one to get illustrated. Either way, Airi's career as a romcom mangaka (or even mangaka in general) is pretty much over after the stunt she pulled. Rust in pieces, won't be missed, just like Akasaka.
