That is what I meant, yes. She has more modern knowledge of how important rest is for growing up and should follow that. The reason she isn't, from personality and action, isn't because she is counting on being a beauty because of her situation (isekai), but because she is acting like an office lady in a busy office. Which is to say her life is work and sleep, with things like health being a distant concern.
As much as I agree with the general assessment of her personality, I don't really see how it has much barring on the orignal point. While true there are fantasy aspects to the story, and talk of magically enchanted devices, this world seems to be rather light on spells and potions.
So the arguments that the damage incurred thrue excessive mental and physical stress would be mitigated by mystical means seems rather weak. Not to mention somewhat counter to the imagery of the slums.
True I doubt much will come of it, but that's only because this is a SoL and she is the protagonist. If it was a real world that didn't follow the whims of it's storyteller, I highly doubt her body would have maintained the level of exertion she has been placed it under.
So it doesn't matter if she has the mentality of a 30 something office lady from Earth. She still inhabits a four year old child's body and she would be destroying it with the mental and physical load she has placed on it.
