Currently, you can claim the 1st volume of the novel version of Kurakyodo for FREE on either BookLive or Bookwalker. The 2nd and 3rd volume are also on sale (until August 3rd for BookLive, August 12th for Bookwalker) for 20%, so if you're interested, please pick them up! Plot-wise, every two manga volumes adapted around one novel volume worth of content (this chapter is middle of Volume 3).

Back to this chapter - as you can see in the ToC, the final chapter of the manga adaptation is on Chapter 32. It's truly kurakyodover... but don't worry it won't arrive that fast. These chapters took (and will take) a metric ****-ton of work to translate, redraw, typeset, ect... so releases won't exactly be fast.

That said, we'll try to aim for around 7-10 days per chapter, so expect Chapter 29 to arrive around that time. Chapter 29 is also half as long as this chapter, so it (hopefully) won't take as long. You can join our Discord if you want updates whenever a new chapter is released.

Lol, can’t fault Takuya for being nervous talking to Akarin. One doesn’t just have random conversations with super celebrities.

I like that Takuya was being direct with Niijima. No dodging or trying to be vague, as that already got him in trouble before. And did Niijima really think he stood a chance in this little competition? At least he quickly realized when he lost and cut his losses instead of continuing to fight a futile battle.

“I wouldn’t say I like maids simply because I like them…It’s because you’re the one in maid outfits.” -> Damn, smooth talker there, can easily turn Shion into jello with those moves.
