no bro the reason isnt that the manga has a loli, there was an r18 version and in that one the girl was a slut who slept with everyone, there was basically no one she hadnt slept with, then this version came out and people thought it took place in an alternate universe and had no connection to the other r18 version, so they started reading it as pure and healthy romance, kinda like Egaki Numa's "namaiki na gal ane o wakaraseru hanashi", that one also started out as ntr but then the current manga was made and there was no ntr or anything like that in it, and the author made it canon, people expected the same thing from this manga too, but after a certain chapter it was revealed that this manga is also basically a continuation of the r18 version and the girl is a complete slut here too
