I know, right? Used to draw that garbage, now draws an actually good manga. That's what finding a competent writer does to a mangaka. How do you go from Ganbare, Douki-chan, to this 😂
Girl, we told you to run and not look back but not like this, don't become a teen runaway because of these 2 chucklefucks.Sigh
I'll say it again
Please don't let Hikari win through the end, she doesn't deserve this. She deserved someone better who truly likes her with no "Lies" beyond that.
Knowing her, that's probably what happened. She probably went after Yami herself.
I like this manga because it makes me feel young again, remembering all the dumb teen love and naivete and stupid bullshit I did that makes me jump from a window and vicariously wanting to grab these kids by the shoulders and tell them to stop being this stupid. It's like having second hand nephews.nobody involved will remember this in like 2 years. Except when it comes to projecting while discussing highschooler drama manga in forums like many here lmao.
Tbh it's pretty nice he went from doing gooner shit to an actual story, that solidifies him. There are far too many technically impressive artists that cannot do other than gooner shit. How do you go from Ganbare, Douki-chan, to this 😂
I mean... isn't she smiling because she is feeling some dark glee (in the back of her mind) that she can have yuu all to herself. But, then pushes that down to be the bigger person who does and says the right thing...![]()
That looks like she's pretty happy with his tears.
It would honestly be kind of amazing if they revealed that Hikari was actually just the collective hallucination of everyone involved in this fiasco.Im kind of wondering if this is going to go all fight club and one of these characters doesn't really exist...
SOOOOOO TRUE.I mean, if that adults were good and decent, a lot of this shit never would have happened anyways.
Again, the only reason why we are even taking this seriously is because all those scenes of Yuu and Yami fucking illegally in love hotels. It´s literally the only real serious thing who has happened in this series. She probably went after Yami herself. Regardless though, the way this VERY basic bitch high school drama is portrayed as if there are any serious stakes involved is pretty hilarious in and of itself. In reality, nobody involved will remember this in like 2 years.
I think the victor is decided is about Yuu loving Hikari more, that Aya thinks Hikari is the winner of Yuu's affections. She knows he's not with Hikari b/c in 51 he offers himself to her and she asks if she can have him for herself.Chapter 50 had Yami thinking that the winner is decided already, which imo contradicts your idea that she thinks Hikari won't have him.
Kinda but not really? Like the problem is he's not honest about which girl he truly wants to be with, which to be fair I don't think he's sorted out for himself. In this chapter he makes it seem like he was trying to save Aya for Hikari, but he's also willing to throw Hikari away to do so. And it's like ??? Is this all a great act of love for Hikari? For Aya? ETA: which going to the previous paragraph, Aya doesn't want a Yuu who is only w/ her to save her b/c it's what Hikari wants. And he is honest about it, to be fair to him.
"good manga" AhahahahahahI know, right? Used to draw that garbage, now draws an actually good manga. That's what finding a competent writer does to a mangaka.
I think Hikari was done when Yuu told her he was willing to throw her away, which is why Yom hides her eyes in the reaction shot. She seemed bitter that he was crying about her and it seems like that gave her the “ick”
