The pre-reincarnated Ooma there seems to be oddly small in comparison to Riri and seems to wearing oddly modern clothing as well, based on the brief glimpse we have of him(?) on p8. And based on that penultimate page, as well, have they reincarnated multiple times before?

Looking at the three there, the one of the far right is obvious the "previous world," so are the other two before that one? Is the world that Ooma remembers not the original?

I'm with the theory that this is the 4th iteration loop. So it's man-woman-man and current woman. My guess is that she is immortal since first image has her young (you can tell from the hand) so maybe she is looping reality every time he dies. But this time he kept his memories from the last loop. That might be why she is feeling uneasy. Something is different.

Where are you seeing this picture of these 3 people?

Also, she can't be immortal b/c she's not an elf in the current time loop. I think she just keeps all her memories while Ooma only remembers being the Demon Lord (unless that scene in this chapter is the same world and Ooma is just young before he became the Demon Lord? IDK... Guessing here....

I think he was meaning that Ooma's form as the demon lord, but yeah...

if this is a 4th life, the title makes more sense with "Re-re-revenge", instead of just revenge or being a homonym of Riri.

Though a little confusing, we see the other side of this flashback in chapter 2 so we know Ooma being the library boy and becoming the demon king were the same lifetime. so either Riri doesn't always have memories of every previous life or she didn't recognize Ooma yet during this flashback

At the very least, I don't think Riri ever killed Ooma. There's obviously a lot to discover, but if that sequence really does mean this is the fourth time(line) they've met, it would be plenty traumatic enough to lose the person you love three times, justifying her expression on the last page.
If I want to get really out there with my theories, given the sequence of the panels, maybe the Demon Lord incarnation came first and she kept finding Ooma in the mundane world after that. From there, the possibilities are A. Their souls (or maybe Riri's physical body itself) crossed over to the mundane world, possibly through Riri's own actions, or B. This is in fact the same world, and all the more "fantasy" elements have been forgotten or even intentionally erased.
...It's probably not B.
There's also other details to be speculated about. What if Ooma remembers the Demon Lord incarnation every time but not the subsequent incarnations? Is this the first time she's met Zai since everything that happened before, or has he also reincarnated previously and is intentionally hiding it? It doesn't seem like it but he could just be a good actor.
All that being said, all the speculation comes from a lack of context given at this point in the story. Literally everything I've commented on in this post could be completely misguided.
I just hope we get to see the full story the author envisions... And that it has a happy ending!
