The whole: big page count, sudden dullness of artstyle to make the heroine scary made me already not like what's coming ahead with this story, I should also be memorising which author or mangaka draws and writes this

Like other people say, the artstyle and plot looks very similar to the nhentais that I be reading (their splatterpunk-like gore and story premise is more extreme than "the playground" by aron beauregard)

as much as this ticks many of my very specific fetishes, I imagine that now that it’s serialized they are gonna have to tone things down because she is “hentai” levels of abusive and not “cutesy long-running comedy” levels of abusive.

Doesn’t help that all that we learned about him is that he’s kind of an incel.

They also seem to have made it pretty clear that he is absolutely powerless and any reputation he had was probably ruined. So I don’t see how this could be long-running.

This is a very porn-brained premise.

Yeah this seems the sort of story that thinks "ah ah domestic violence you scamp" and where the only arcs we see are the typical romcom ones (the new girl rival, the school festival, wearing the yukata) at most they might reveal they are actually not blood related for a bit of "drama", but in these stories the author usually lacks the self awareness of realizing how negative the power dynamics are and to solve them.
I imagine 2-4 years from now she will be just as violent.
I am curious to see the finishing line, but I doubt the journey will be worth it.
