Is it, though? When you transform, you need to focus, which in their case is pushed to the extreme physically as it’s a big transformation. The form itself has no real drawback, too, so it’s its one weakness.

Comparing it to a video game, it’s not such a rare mechanic to be able to interrupt a charged attack for example.
