Don't worry.
Since the end of this arc Irushia starts bringing it's companions permanently and 2 arcs from now Milia and the black Lizard make a return.

at the end of next arc the saint allies with Irushia to kill the demon lord that is impersonating a princess and Milia and black Lizard will be in the middle of the chaos

@apinkfrog I suggest not to translate their communication as "Telepathy".

Telepathy is it's own skill that allows to speak with everyone and Irushia obtaining this ability is a kinda solemn moment.

His communication with partner is just between them and later gets absorbed by the Telepathy skill

Separate pages vs combined page. Do you read in double page mode?
It's pretty common for people to combine double spreads but leave the separate pages as well

I do read in double page mode yeah. That said, it's only recently that I've seen people include both double page AND single page versions of a spread. I'm used to them only doing one or the other.

I think it's weird that there's no connection between his two heads. Unless it has two souls, which it doesn't, the second head having it's own personality and thoughts that aren't linked to his own mind just doesn't make sense. The 2nd head sprouted from an already existing single entity. It's a completely different understanding than conjoined twins. Seems like it would be problematic when his next evolution comes around, too. He's not always gonna be 2 headed. Is #2 gonna be okay with just disappearing? Also, that wight has a personality and its own thoughts. If it can do all that while lacking the physical components necessary to do them, I don't see why it can't telepathically (or the likes) communicate with it's master.

I've read the novel but I stopped a long time ago. One thing that greatly annoyed me was that

pretty much every new skill Irushia learns goes to his other half now. I don't even remember a new skill he learned up until he finally meets his dragon dad.

@apinkfrog Like @Luchoo said, you should rename [telepathy] with [thought sharing], since [telepathy] is used to read and send thought to any other entities (like what ball rabbit or ant queen did), but here it's only useable with his other head...
