Fuck off, lady. Sorawo is in a complicated paranormal lesbian relationship with your former disciple. So she is not going to the mountains with you. Or the hills, or the city, or the countryside, or the plains, or the cave systems, or the ocean, or skies, or the moon, or the backrooms, or the 11th dimension, or the dreamscapes, or heaven, or hell, or purgatory, or Hogwarts, or Narnia, or the Middle Earth, or Equestria, or Midgard, or Wakanda, or Atlantis, or the Lands in Between, or Castlevania, or Mount Olympikus, or El Dorado, or Shambala, or DETROIT!

She is not going anywhere with you!

I'm not really too into this series, so I may not remember properly, but have we ever seen Satsuki be anything other than...intensely dislikable?

I can't buy the "alpha female" crap when her showing up just leads to me wishing she'd go away again.

I'm pretty sure that the implication is that whatever makes her "an alpha female that instantly charm everyone around her" is deeply supernatural
As someone on the other side of the screen, you're probably (?) not affected

Plus like Alpha isn't exactly ones that are liked in general, it's more about force, manipulation, and control. It's hierarchy kind of stuff rather than rockstars popularity contest.

And well… in terms of force Satsuki's literally "from another dimension entirely".

The story does mention that she charmed anyone who went near her, and we have a LOT of character in the story with a rather strong liking for her along with some litteral fanatic. I never felt like the story painted her as someone who just forced her way in general, and everyone who knew her was deeply smitten by her up to a point. She was clearly liked, I'm just of the opinion that a lot of this has to do with something supernatural.

Well… I don't think it's like brutal force, but could easily be somewhat psychological powers like lady uruma (the cult leader), person in red, … or even like Sorawo's eye but used with more skill.

At least I'd entirely put away something like personality/aesthetical charm.

I wouldn't say is supernatural, she was probably that way before becoming a part of the deep blue, so probably now is even more potent.

We have to remember that the story follows Sorawo's POV and she hates her for charming Toriko (Kozakura too but to a lesser extent), so naturally we hate her too.

Wherever Satsuki appears she never communicates with anyone so we don't understand how she can charm people, and the only time she "talks" (when Sorawo cuts her hair) Satsuki immediately forced Sorawo into a conversation.

And obviously she's doing the exact same thing in this chapter.

This is more or less what I'm getting at - she's described that way outside the context of the supernatural, so while it can to an extent be hand-waved away with that it's a bit of a crap explanation.

Since we've not gotten a reason anyone would like her, and we've never been given an impression of her apart from her being an obviously awful person, it makes all the talk about how she charms people just come off silly.

Well, it might also be a translation thing, describing someone as "alpha" isn't making me doing anything but roll my eyes.

Nondualism for jerks.
So once you get involved in the Otherside, you're inherently part of it. There's no longer a difference between people and phenomena, even if one still thinks of oneself as a person. Sorawo's been so deeply in contact with the Otherside for so long she can be reasonably considered just more mountains.
But given this is Satsuki spouting a "we're not so different, you and I" villain speech, I'm inclined to distrust the viewpoint. It might be just her grinding her own axe at Sorawo, trying to drag Sorawo deeper into the blue with her.

I don't remember Sorawo making any such promisses with Satsuki. Am I missrembering a detail from a previous chapter or is she gaslighting us?

To our knowledge she had not, but Sorawo is also an unreliable narrator due to being so heavily influenced by the other side. We have already seen Sorawo act out of character due to otherside influence like that time at the love hotel, so she might have met Satsuki previously, but doesnt remember as she was in a trans like state.

I mean, we have multiples example of people with supernatural ability that aren't totally integrated in the otherside, Urumi being the most obvious example. She could entierly have this type of "charm" ability, which is a lot less broken and absurd than what Urumi could do.

Toriko, your ex is kidnapping your wife.

Alpha, or the alpha wolf, is also a myth, stemming from misunderstanding the hierarchy in a wolfpack, which then adopted by some people who think that's natural.
