Seems like an extremely odd choice to not translate two words/phrases to their english counterparts. I've read I don't know how many manga series at this point and this is literally my first time seeing boke and tsukkomi.
I understand not translating certain extremely common things that sound "wrong" in english like onee/onii-chan, senpai and ojou-sama but boke and tsukkomi ain't it. Also while I'm complaining, why are there so many non-english words in english translations in general? You're the translator, why do I have to google your "translation" to find out what a word means? And if I read a freakin Manwha I gotta learn a whole other set of words that don't get translated, like what the hell is a sunbae or a hoobae?! Now I gotta google more shit, why? /rant

I've definitely seen boke and tsukkomi left untranslated way more often, dunno what the other commenters are on about. In fact, I've seen the words used more times than I've seen "straightman" and "funnyman" like the person above said (I genuinely don't think I've ever seen "funnyman"). They are extremely common terms in manga/anime. Personally I think you're fine, some people are gonna complain whether you translate it or not.

The terms "boke" and "tsukkomi" aren't really as directly comparable to the English terms "funny man" and "straight man" as people make them out to be, but because they're translated as such so often, I think a lot of people ended up conflating them. They're very similar, of course, but so are the erhu and violin, and yet most people agree there that "Chinese violin" is no longer the best term for the former.
Personally, I think it kinda depends on who your audience is. If you're translating the terms for a mainstream audience, you should probably just go with "funny man" and "straight man," but on a website dedicated to Japanese media, (such as this one) I think it makes more sense to use the original Japanese terms.
Anyways, you know the words now and you don't need to look them up anymore! But in the first place, is this really that different from encountering an unknown English word in a text? Is seeing "tsukkomi" in a Japanese manga that much worse than seeing "altimeter" in a pilot's memoirs? Or "affricate" in a language textbook?
Also, I think it's funny how you acknowledge "senpai" but complain about the cognate "sunbae." These are literally the exact same Chinese word just loaned into different languages.

How long have you been reading manga? It used to be super common. There used to be a lot more untranslated words because the nuances of the Japanese words are no conveyed by its "equivalent" translation.
Stop complaining. Just learn the words. Not everything in the worlds has to be handed to you. If the translator didn't translate it for you, just accept it. Besides, it's not like you paid them for it and you're reading this for free because the translators are doing this kind of work just for us. Don't complain. Be more grateful.
Edit: I am not trying to reprimand you. It's advice. Reframe how you think of this. Instead of finding issues in things like this, you should just be grateful and it exists for you to enjoy. You will be MUCH happier like that.
