I don't think I've ever seen a more clear-cut romance confession.

Damn 19 chapters is quite record breaking.

Asaka's exploration of her "sense of self" and Yuuki's exploration of her sense of self in the previous arc I think have beautifully collided and culminated into this confession.

Asaka who had previously never truly "wanted" anything, and was just following Yuuki's shadow, for the first time in her life moves from existing without wanting anything to unwaveringly committing to something (Yuuki) with her whole being.

While Yuuki who has battled deep confidence issues throughout the story. Even here she has doubts about her confidence again but chooses to move forward anyway. Ultimately she decides to put a label on what she feels for Asaka regardless of the fear she's feeling. Both characters confronted their deepest personal hurdles. They didn't just confess feelings but claimed agency over who they are, and what they mean to each other.
