You could read the books, the English translation outpaced the manga like a year ago. And the unofficial translation is complete I think.

Is this the novel where the MC died sacrificing himself for the world? I think I remember reading the comments on the WN translation. It's such a downer that I decided not to read it.

Edit: I was right. It's this novel. The MC died, barely getting any peace for the sake of the world (according to one of the comments on the blog).

I find it very questionable when the Isekai protags are being so dismissive of their former world, their family...
The MC only has good memories of his family. The way he talks about his sisters, his nephew.
It's one thing to not want to abandon the kids but you shouldn't cut your family out if you love them.

I binge this whole thing just to get here and have a bunch of exposition dumped. What happened to the other heroes, did they just... get sent back to their corpse?? Also mc you coward you should've checked in on your family, just to make sure they're ok after losing you.

I hope mc will get to meet that knight captain at least once or visit literally any other country. I feel like this manga is kinda overrated.

It's nowhere close to over. This is the end of book 2, I think the WN turns into 9? The LN has 7 released.

Sure but other than it making a ton of money (still weird to split such a long story into halves tho), i don't think there's been many adaptations that went all the way

Considering he just pulled 'purification' outta his ass and said it randomly (unless it was something his sis talked about), surprised it was an issue

tho i remember skimming some of the fan translation and when he suddenly understood everyone acted as if he had been communicating with them the whole time (maybe bc they had a bit of telepathy or something, idk, how how Chief made spider webs or so b/c he projected an image of it or something in a prev chapter)

So close to solving my biggest gripe with this story... but it was just an info dump.

I'll be Brutally honest, I was kinda getting sick of how overpowered this guy was being with his near infinite mana source, (and I had suspected that he had the magic power from the four cancelled summons) But the explanation that he was able to survive just because of how much we was expelling every single day, and slowly letting his body adapt to his X4 power (over the course of ~2 years) is actually making me warm up to the beginning.
I had already seen in other comments that the novel was actually really well planned and well written, it's good to see that finally starting to play out :>
