Is Ouka going to be the winning heroine?? Or is this just bait from Reiji-sama to make this manga like Kanokari??

thank you for translation
I think so too. If Reiji were to decide that he wants to make them siblings, I would expect logical explanations because without them, it would look like nothing more than a cheap plot device to surprise the readers and nothing else.Welp .. this just feels like QQ all over again. If they end up being related it just feels like it would be for shock value and nothing else.
There is a scientific theory that says that children that grow up playing together with their parents development a natural, subconscious understanding not to fall in love with their sibling, and those that don't get that kind of childhood have an increased chance to develop romantic feelings for each other/one sided.I think so too. Based on the information we have, Kaname tells us directly that Ouka and Arata are not twins, so since the Father and Mother who adopted them knew outright that they are not biological siblings, how could any of the other siblings have found out something like that? If they are not actual twins, it also makes no sense (from a biological point of view) for Arata and Ouka to have been born in the same year by the same woman.
So I don't know how Reiji wants to tie this all together into a coherent whole.
By a logical explanation, I mean how could Kaname and Chihiro not know that those two are actually biological twins, and how could one of the adopted children discover something that their adoptive parents had no idea about? There is a possibility that Arata and Ouka were adopted from the same institution, and I suspect that Ouka's adoption was planned, while Kaname additionally decided to adopt Arata because he was drawn to him. That is what his monologue in one of the chapters suggests. Also, why does Ouka get so many references to Arata's wife and daughter? There are so many symbolic moments and flashbacks involving Ouka that it practically screams that she will win. (If these were supposed to be red herrings, then I think that's weak and stupid, and I believe there shouldn't be so many of them in that case.)There is a scientific theory that says that children that grow up playing together with their parents development a natural, subconscious understanding not to fall in love with their sibling, and those that don't get that kind of childhood have an increased chance to develop romantic feelings for each other/one sided.
If Ouka and Arata do end up as blood related, and it's clear that none of the siblings had a true mother figure and a dad that worked a lot, then we got a logical set up as to why they can't be together despite their feelings being real.
If the author does pull a QQ hopefully he picks a good one out of all of them (like I said I am rooting for Minami)By a logical explanation, I mean how could Kaname and Chihiro not know that those two are actually biological twins, and how could one of the adopted children discover something that their adoptive parents had no idea about? Chihiro played the role of a good mother. All the children remember her fondly and have keepsakes from her, for example, Ouka has those hairpins and Seiha has the ring. Even Ouka's arc revolved around contacting her mother and asking her for advice, so Chihiro must have fulfilled her maternal duties properly before she passed away. The only girl who displayed this kind of behavior was the youngest one (Kotono).
That's why, to me, it would be strange, and I would feel that Reiji simply wants to surprise the readers and is going to pull off a repeat of the terrible QQ. I'm not rooting for Ouka (so such a development would work in my favor, especially since Ouka is definitely the frontrunner). I don't like tsunderes, but despite my preferences, I'd rather the series remain consistent and logical instead of resorting to cheap tricks.
