Yeah, the manga is an adaptation of the original web novel, which, hasn't received a light novel adaptation yet.

There will almost certainly be some changes to the story, but I believe most, if not all, of Crow's wives will remain.
That said, I'm pretty sure some of their stories and character details will be changed... For example,

Natalia, the 11° wife, joined his harem when she was just 5 years old, and she used to secretly steal his underwear...

So yeah, I wouldn't be surprised if the manga toned down or completely changed some of that stuff.
