Honestly this is a really awful way to try to force someone to get over author's block because as the saying goes "there's no such thing as an original thought" and as the actual meaning of the saying is everything is inspired by something. If you want to try getting over writer's block you need to go out and try to experience stuff, go on a walk find a nice place with some trees and just sit and listen and let yourself be bored and let your mind just roam.

Eh to an extent, sure, but you can very easily fall into a "waiting for inspiration" death spiral that can last literal years if you're not careful. Unfortunately, thinking about writing rarely often helps you write.

The only way to get through it or to improve is to actually write. It's probably more productive to lower your standards, write a bunch of garbage, then come back and sift through it later. Writing is often more rewriting than it is writing.

Just write something even if it's so shitty that it makes you want to burn it all from sheer shame.
You'll probably have a few salvageable paragraphs you can be proud of and use as the compost in which to plant the future seeds of creativity.

I don't remember if it was Sanderson or King who said that, but their advice was treating writing like a job. That the best way to overcome writers block was to set a minimum amount of words you need to write every day and to simply write even if you are not perfectly happy with it.
