Now that Mito is realising her feelings, is it going to be option A: 20 chapters of both characters being useless lesbians before confessing, or B: confession and dating within 5 chapters.

Not too much chapter left since in the latest release (Chapter 33) it was announced that the story is reaching its climax so it should be ending in the next 2 volumes. Don't worry it's not being axed.
