Oh, it's back!

Weren't Shirou and Akari a couple already? Is that just my memory being wrong?
It's Jirou, not Shiro.
Well, they are. Honestly it's complicated.
They are obviously already "dating" with all that kiss that happen before. It just their dating status is still under that "Practical Marriage" thing.
What Jirou say about Confession here is taking their relationship more seriously as couple by living under the same roof and introduce each other to their respective parent too.

I'm sure one could make an argument about stale-series like this one being free-pickings once they return to serialization, but Kyun seems to love to snipe dedicated groups (claiming quality concerns). The inevitable result of this is multiple groups scanlating one series; there are thousands of unappreciated series out there on which your time is better spent. Such a waste of resources.

In my day, quality was not just about translations, but was a serious and dedicated effort towards leaving the manga in as-good a state as you found it. That meant not only a genuine and concerted effort into translation integrity, but also following lettering conventions, and committing to real redrawing. Kyun talks the big talk about translations, but can't follow through with the basics. Their lettering is inconsistent, and they clearly use AI tools for their redrawing (which, I admit, have improved tremendously since my time, but certainly still serves to illustrate the point here).

I have doubts about Kyun's sincerity in their historical claims of translation integrity; I'm not sure what they're chasing here, but their actions do not seem to align with a dedication to the craft.

I appreciate that Kyun does not appear to accept income or donations for their work, and I certainly do not mean to defend Mylene's corner cutting (Primovic and I have had many discussions about my problems with their work and practices), but this all seems very pointless.

Oh, right, got that wrong, haha. Thanks for correcting.

To be fair, I haven't looked at it from that angle, but him wanting to wait for the right moment to confess to her so that it's crystal clear that it has nothing to do with the "practical marriage" stuff makes a lot of sense.

But, assuming you're right, wouldn't it then still be a bad moment to confess to her during the "marriage photo" event? I mean, it still has something to do with their "practical marriage"...

Man I used to be obsessed with this series… then the drama got too much for me and then the uploads stopped. So I dropped it. Might have to take another spin with it now that I’m more of a seasoned veteran.

I hope bro manages to live out his Otaku x Gyaru dreams
Hey if we've learned anything from OtaGal, Kamo needs to calm down and let the Otaku Force surround him, he's closer to landing his own Gyaru that he realizes. Sachi and Natsumi deserve some happiness like Akari, why not Kamo??

Dude, time is scary, I totally forgot about this and I loved it... I was sad with the hiatus and after some time I forgot, but well, I'm hyped again.

BTW, great chapter.

Not to mention that Kyun works at full speed when the team they're sniping keeps working and even improves its release schedule, but shows absolutely no sense of urgency when they're the only ones translating a series. They uploaded the latest chapter of Kusunoki-san just two hours after the raws were released, while it took them 8 days to upload the latest chapter of Mob Shisai dakedo, a series they're the only ones translating.
