Serious answer, in a "what if" approach : The problem with a brain graft on a sane subject is the size of the skull. Your brain already fill the cranium, and you need to compress the brain to add more. Which cause intracranian hypertension and it's quite bad. So you can graft enough to fill a lesion, but not really more, not up to the point of changing intellectual abilities.
Graft from human to chimps : those kind of xenografts are rejected faster than the other because of the greater genetic incompatibilites.
