(re)Reading this manga after putting it on hold for quite some time since it is now completed.
And that made me remember, a while back, someone said about wanting a romance manga that tells about breaking up, drifting apart, then getting back again. Or something like that.
I think this manga came quite close to those requirements.
If they don't mind yuri, that is.
Unfortunately, after hours of searching, still haven't found that original comment.
That's me after reading a manga with the word "isekai" in the title, tagged as "isekai", seems like an isekai.
But 3 volumes in, I don't think this is an isekai story at all (as in someone got transported)
It is just a story set in another world (lit. isekai)
So it is just a plain fantasy story.
Wait wait wait,
So I'm not a movie buff. Haven't seen a movie for quite some time. But I heard about this whole Superman movie thing.
Again, haven't seen it, but I've heard about some of the plot.
So as I understand, Son Goku is a kind of parody of Superman, but Toriyama made Goku's backstory a little different, making his original intention to conquer Earth.
But now the new Superman movie is doing that?
This kid in my office "accidentally" brought his new Blue Archive artbook to work.
I put accidentally in quotes because I don't believe it AT ALL.
I mean, this book is huge. How do you "accidentally" bring an encyclopedia to work?
Like you unconsciously put it in your backpack thinking it was your laptop or something?
So anyway, there I was spending my evening before going home carefully flipping through his new book.
Been reading a lot of Shoujo manhwa lately
(I rarely read manhwa in general. Can I call it shoujo? What is it called in Korean?)
while still keeping up with the manga updates.
Turns out going back and forth from right-to-left reading to left-to-right reading repeatedly is pretty tough
Little unimportant things that I accidentally noticed in the past couple months,
I started reading some heavy drama manga, which I ended up really, really liking,
and when I tried to find out who the authors were, it turns out that before they wrote those manga, all they had written before were BL manga.
a random trashy isekai manga: unnecessary ultra high res x10K PNGs,
a good drama manga that I like: low res x800 JPGs, I'm happy even with just x1200, but x800 is just a bit too low
In the new chapter of this one popular manga, there is a page where the bubble can be translated as "nah, I'd win".
so I am very curious how the translators will decide to translate it.
Maybe they'll put it as a credit page joke
So the story goes that the FMC died, and she got reincarnated as another person, but also traveled back in time to when her "previous life" was still alive.
So there are two of her.
And then she went to meet her younger uh... self-but-different-person(...?) in order to save her life.
Uh... I'm confused
So it's a... BTTF2, Multiverse, Avenger End Game style reincarnation?
