It's shijie/shimei for senior/junior sis, shixiong/sidi for senior junior bro, its hard to pronounce in english so most translations just do the literal. It doesn't seem to roll of the tongue like the Japanese/Korean equivalents.
The punishment is just a pretense, the bald cultivator that was cultivating prisoners had the senior sister kill them as payment for what he gave her. The death of the Patriarch basically meant the family lost their protection.

I have no idea the story develops pretty naturally and once he leaves the main sect to do outer sect duties he hasn't met with the tsundere again.
So far it's unlikely for this story to develop into a typical harem based on how the story and characters have been portrayed.

It might not be apparent from the translated title but the Heresy refers to their school. They are basically considered to be evil compared to the righteous sects. So I guess these kind of love interests are par for the course 😂
