I was reading it for the first time a few months ago and was questioning how it wasn't already labeled as GL starting from like, chapter 6 or so, it's not misleading at all. It feels very yuri and has more romantic feelings than a bunch of other undeniably yuri manga out there.

Poly and harem are different, and for tagging purposes entail much different dynamics. You don't see harem tags on An Easy Introduction to Love Triangles or Luminous=Blue despite both being poly because the harem tag makes little sense.

I think part of it is that this manga subverts the main aspect of basically any manga with incest by treating it seriously as an unrequited love, rather than as a joke/fetish/tease or whatever, and since its treating it seriously it can pretty directly express stuff about how that love harmed...

Dang I really liked this chapter, Xingyuan feeling both anger at what happened but at the same time blaming herself and telling herself that she must've caused it somehow. And then Tianli feeling guilty over what happened but also not knowing how to handle it well and probably not fully...

Yeah I just find it odd since the previous translator stopped many months before the first english volume release, then just the one random translation around half a month after that first volume drop. Hopefully then the official releases come out quickly and get uploaded somewhere if no one's...
