I thought its established that Kujirai is the same as Kujirai-B, just that she's lost her memories. So how could snake dude and Gwen have known Kujirai-B died if they know shes is not a clone due to having the same moles as Kujirai-B? Unless they're referring to her "death" as her losing her...
