Rumi get so many cases but the other two Rum suspects get breadcrumbs, especially the sushi guy. It's probably easier to write scenarios for Rumi since she's a classroom teacher so she easily fit into storylines involving the Detective Boys.

Good dynamic with Conan and Akai. Too bad Akai will most likely leave Japan after the BO has been dealt with.

I also highly doubt Haibara would want to date someone who's responsible for her sister to lose favor within the BO and was ultimately murdered by them.
