Isekai became popular about 2-3 years ago. Most of the series are either Monthly release, or every 2 weeks. 3 years, times 12 = 36 chapters. 3 years times Biweekly (24) = 72 chapters. Math shows you arent going to have a isekai with even 100 chapters.
