[Question] How can I be given permission to edit the details of a title? :fixed:

I often come across a great number of titles that have little or old information on them, or have finished publishing but don't reflect that. Missing chapter/volume number, etc. It bugs me every time, especially if the info is just a couple clicks away.

How can I get permission to edit the details of a title? Would also be cool if there were an option to suggest edits. I'd just like to have an option to contribute, either way.
